The Altar is Stripped and The Christ is Dragged Away…
Please join us at 7:30pm on Thursday, April 17, as we begin the Great Three Days, the Paschal Triduum and the first part of the three-day liturgy.
This is the journey the Church walks towards the Resurrection of our Lord on Easter Day. Its liturgies are distinct, but are not singular events separate from one another. The three days form one continuous liturgy beginning on Maundy Thursday evening, moving through Good Friday, and arriving at the pinnacle of the Church Year with the Great Easter Vigil of the Resurrection on Holy Saturday evening.
This service will be held in person, and will be live-streamed as well so that you may watch it in real time from home. As recording of the service will also be available on our YouTube channel, here:
The service will be preceded by a community meal, serving pasta and salad starting at 6:00pm.
Please join us as we embark on this journey of faith.
