Dear Parishioners,
On Sunday May 5, 2024 at the end of our 10 am service we will convene a special Vestry Meeting. This meeting should take no more than 15 minutes. There are a number of long overdue repairs to our property that the wardens and parish council wish to address. In order to undertake that work we need to pass a motion to use a parish fund to pay for those repairs. The fund in question holds approximately $500,000 and is available for use with a motion from Vestry that passes with an eighty percent threshold. It is the recommendation of the Finance Committee, the Wardens and the Parish Council that this Fund be liquidated for the use of these repairs.
